RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns:

We accept returns on items within 14 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier.  Original shipping will not be refunded.

Return shipping cost is assumed by the customer. The cost of using a prepaid shipping label is $9.95 and will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. To ensure that you will receive a full product refund,  please only return items that  are in original condition and meet the following criteria:

  • *Items are unworn, unwashed, unpersonalized, and unaltered

  • *All tags are still attached

  • *Items are sent back to us within 14 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier


    *Shoes must be unworn and  returned in the original box.  Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoe box.
    *We cannot accept returns on undergarments or hair accessories.

    Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from receipt of the returned items.  We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items received within the 14 days.

     Exchanges:

    We encourage you to purchase the new items in the size that works best for you, then return the items that did not work and we will reimburse your account as soon as we receive the returned items.
